Culture and Leadership

We'll never be the biggest company out there, but for our employees, partners and customers, we will be the best. Our culture is built on how we treat each other. It's measured on the value we create for others.

We hire the best people we can find. We give them a voice and meaningful things to work on. Our Leadership team transparently reports progress to our teammates, reviewing aspects of the business ranging from product roadmaps to sales pipeline to financial health. We strive to be "in it together," as technologists, business partners and people.

Company Values

Collaboration

We work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates, partners, and customers. The best outcomes come from shared ownership, clear communication, and mutual respect.

Credibility

Our reputation is built on follow-through. We listen carefully, do the work, and deliver what we promise. No shortcuts. No spin. Trust is earned over time.

Passion

We're driven by curiosity and purpose, not noise. We care deeply about solving real problems—and we keep learning so we can do it better tomorrow.

High Agency

We don't wait for perfect conditions or narrow roles. In a growth company, we wear multiple hats, take initiative, and see things through. When something's unclear or difficult, we lean in, figure it out, and move forward without drama. When something needs doing, we step up and deliver.

Forward Thinking

We build with the future in mind—designing systems that are resilient, responsible, and ready for what's next.
